A post shared by Rasmus Heise (@rasmus_heise) Rasmus was the director of photography on season 1 of the show. He recently shared a BTS shot on his Instagram, and we were curious to hear how he got the idea. As he tells DIYP, the idea simply came to him on set when he saw a yellow salad bowl lying around. He also found “some kind of round metal thing,” as he describes it, in the garden of the shooting location. So, he combined the two items and used them in front of a wide-angle lens to create the feeling of looking through a door spy hole. Clever, right? Here are a few photos Rasmus shared with DIYP, and I just love it how much DIY spirit there is in this solution. And remember: sometimes, the sense for improvisation can save the day. ; )
