Canon has apparently added a new RF 14-35mm f/4L IS USM lens (4857C005) and EW-83P lens hood (4859C001) to its latest product list. The lens had been previously rumoured to be on the way, although the tweet from Nokishita now suggests that an announcement is imminent. Nokishita also says that two other lenses with the codes 5050C005 and 5051C005 have been registered with overseas certification bodies, bringing the total of unreleased lenses to three....

Capture One 21 has been officially launched today, bringing with it some workflow speed improvements and some much anticipated new features and enhancements. For a start, Capture One finally has a Dehaze tool. It also now supports HEIC files from Apple devices, as well as ProStandard camera profiles to help create more true-to-life colour. When it comes to workflow, a new Speed Edit function lets you make rapid edits to either a single image or to multiple images simultaneously for batch editing....

This one’s been a long time coming, having been teased since June of 2021. It’s taken a year, but it’s finally here as Capture One has announced Capture One for iPad. The company says that the new app is available as a standalone iPad app but can also work in tandem with Capture One Pro for the desktop through its Cloud File Transfer subscription. Capture One for iPad, they say, has been designed to “take advantage of the iPad to its full potential”....
