Popular manufacturer of motorised motion control camera sliders, Rhino Camera Gear has launched their new Rhino Dolly. Its release is in response to what Rhino Camera Gear says is customer demand for longer rails and higher load capacities. And they sure seem to have satisfied both of those requests with a motorised dolly that provides up to 10.5ft of length and a total claimed load capacity of up to 100lbs (~45kg)....

We all know that LEGO bricks are the best toy ever. They’re so versatile that you can even build all sorts of photography gear with them. And now, Leica has launched a pair of LEGO Leica M camera sets that you can assemble just like any other LEGO toy. The LEGO version of Leica M comes in two varieties: Black/Gray and Brown/Gray. Both versions have all the bits and pieces as the real thing: a lens, buttons and dials, a viewfinder, a shutter, a rear display and camera strap mounts....

Every once in a while, a timelapse comes along that just takes your breath away. You could take almost any frame from such films and it stands up on its own as a still photography. Alive, by German filmmaker Florian “Flo” Nick, is one such timelapse film. It was shot over 5,500km travelled in six weeks exploring the vast landscapes of Alberta and British Columbia. And it’s is absolutely beautiful....

A few months ago, photographer Nick Sherlock shared with us his epic 3D printed 300mm long extension tube. Then he needed something to hold this beast and provide him with more stability, and he once again put his 3D printer to work. Inspired by the legendary Zenit Fotosniper, Nick designed and printed his own rifle-style grip. It doesn’t only look cool, but it gives him way more stability when using his macro setup....
